We want you to be completely happy with your NaturalRockShop.com order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Damaged and/or broken merchandise cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If the item you ordered was not the right one for you, just place another order and return the unwanted items to us. Many of our items are unique and one of a kind. Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your return we recommend you place a new order to ensure product availability. See below for how to send a return.

Refund and Return Policy
I accept returns shipped up to 14 days from the date you receive your item. Once the item is received, the purchase price will be credited to your account. Gemstones are to be handled with care. Please take off your jewelry before showering, washing hands, doing dishes, going swimming. Do not clean your jewelry with harsh cleaners. I do not refund for items that are not cared for properly.
I do not offer sizing. Please feel free to have rings sized locally, but keep in mind this voids my return policy.
Cancellations: We can cancel your order if we are contacted before the shipping process starts, otherwise, returns are welcome but keep in mind we charge the original shipping cost if the item was offered as “free shipping.”
We are shipping 3 times per week! We ship USPS and offer priority and priority express options for quick shipping throughout the United States.
For international orders: Please contact me before ordering to make sure that current shipping to your home is stable and reliable.
